1. What can I do if an products arrives damaged ?
Please send us an email email@example.com within 7 working days when you have received the products which found the damaged. We will exchange the products as for you requested, please refer to our "Terms and Conditions” guidelines laid out in our Exchanges Policy, and returned products must be in their original condition and packaging return within 28 working days of the receipt to be accepted.
Once we receive your return parcel, please allow us 10- 14 working days to process your exchanges requested.
